Automobile accident. Plaintiffs Frances Arias and Luisa Rodriguez were guests in an automobile driven by defendant Apolonio Siordia at the time it collided with an automobile driven by defendant David Olson, on October 2, 1960, on U.S. Highway 41 south of State Trunk Highway 60 in Washington county. The left front fender of the Siordia automobile collided with the right rear fender of the Olson car. Both cars were traveling in a southerly direction on Highway 41 toward Milwaukee. Frances Arias is the mother of Luisa Rodriguez and the mother-in-law of Apolonio Siordia. Dairyland Mutual Insurance Company is Siordias insurer. American Automobile Insurance Company and American Insurance Company of Newark are Olsons.
